  I'm very dissapointed at Kaiser I had bad experiences with previous doctors and specialist. I felt like they didn't and don't care about my health. I'm not a doctor so i dont know what test to asked for myself. Until now i dont know what's causing this pain I have or what can I do about it . They had send me to therapy and the person that was supposed to help me shut me down! Buy telling me i can go see another facility. Which i think is inappropriate becuase i went to ease my pain to see if it helps. I feel like they only care about collecting and that is it. And they lack by providing more information things that you can do before taking medication or things you can do to help yourself.

  This place is great if you are there in person but if you need any help or info over the phone or away from this location you are never going to get help or what you need. I have gone Kaiser since i was born and to this location since it opened, but I moved to Utah and needed my vaccination records. I called them to get that but they keep transferring me to a recording that does nothing. I have called several times on different days and at different times during operating hours. I try to get transferred to a person and it pretends to do so, but always says they are unavailable to take your call but if you leave a message they say they will get back in 24hours. My fist message was left 3-4 weeks ago and still no call. They have now changed the recording and only gives you the option to leave a recording if you sent in your form that you need them to fill out and gives no guarantee they will return your call in 24 hours. (for school, government, or employer) however I don't need anything filled out I just need my records. I don't understand why this is so hard and I am about to drive all the way to Cali from Utah just to get this info. All in all they have been good to me since I have been going there but now that I am gone I feel like yesterdays garbage so I gave them a rating that matched. realistically I would say this experience has dropped them to a three star, but since even after all of our good experience together they dropped me to a one star I did the same for them. It will also stay that way if I have to drive to California to get this resolved.
