  Both my appointments were bad. The wait was over an hour both times. Awful bedside manner, spent a total of only 5 minutes on me which including removal of my moles. Told me I needed to get more skin taken off and didnt even elaborate why or his comment about it "not being cancer". Then just left the room without asking me if i had any questions, just said see you in two weeks. I will not be back

  The Tehachapi office was cramped. The wait was over an hour. I asked if they overbook- the receptionist said no. Things move quickly. (Patients were appalled). When I finally saw him I showed him a couple spots that I was concerned about, asked him to take a look at them ... without any warning or information he pulled out a giant blowtorch looking thing- held it to my forehead and held the trigger down firmly for about 20 seconds (felt like an eternity). Did same, lighter tho, on my arms. Said see you in two weeks, as he was abruptly leaving. I said why he said to see if they all fall off. I left there with a major headache and a lump on my forehead. It was two hours before I got any relief. Picture the worst slurpee headache EVER times 100! This guy will not be seeing me in two weeks, or ever. Lousy experience.
